Inclusive Minds Plus was founded to provide calm, trauma‑informed one‑to‑one tutoring and mentoring for children and young people who think and learn differently. We believe every learner deserves personalised support that nurtures progress, emotional wellbeing, and confidence. Our dedicated team works in partnership with families and schools to create inclusive, understanding environments where every child can thrive and reach their potential.
Our Passion
Inclusive Minds Plus was created after more than 25 years of working closely with children, young people and families across Swindon. Over this time, we saw how many neurodiverse learners were misunderstood, rushed, or expected to fit into systems that didn’t reflect how they think, feel or process the world. Our experience in behaviour support, mentoring and trauma‑informed practice showed us that when pupils are met with patience, calm structure and genuine understanding, they thrive. Inclusive Minds Plus was founded to offer exactly that: a safe, steady, relationship‑focused space where every young person is valued for who they are, not who they’re expected to be. We are here because neurodiverse children deserve support that truly “gets” them — support that builds confidence, reduces overwhelm and helps them reconnect with learning in a way that feels achievable and respectful.
